Technical Data: We may collect basic technical information such as your timezone to ensure reminders are triggered at the correct local time.

We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not track your activity on websites outside of the KaizenLoop application.
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal data to third parties. Your data is stored securely using industry-standard cloud providers (Render and Neon) for the sole purpose of providing the service to you.
We implement security measures including JWT (JSON Web Token) authentication and HTTPS encryption to protect your data from unauthorized access or disclosure.
